Team Tool
Now available is a tool for team members and team leaders to use to keep in touch. The Saint James Team Tool can be accessed here: http://teams.saint-james.org. You must use your full email address and password to log in. If you do not have a password, please contact the office, 795-1623, or Bill Read, bill.read@saint-james.org, to have one assigned.
Using the Team Tool you can do the following:
- View the upcoming schedule for all of your teams and events.
- Keep your contact information (email address and phone numbers) up-to-date.
- View the info for other team members.
- Look at more than one schedule to help identify conflicts.
- Use the home view to get a snapshot of your upcoming schedule.
- Have the Team Tool send you reminders via email of upcoming duties.
The full roster of each team is available to anyone logged in to the Team Tool. The roster includes a list of members, leaders and contact info. Each team can publish its mission, description of typical duties, and a "Working With This Team" section-- letting others know what the team needs to do its job. Team leaders can use this feature to help avoid conflicts in schedule, identify the proper people to coordinate events, and know generally how to make requests of each team.
If you are a team leader, you can set up events, schedule your team members, update team member info, add or remove team members and send broadcast emails to all team members.
