8:00 am First Worship in the Church

Service from the Book of Common Prayer with no music

9:00 am First Church in the Chapel

Family and Children - 30 Minute Worship
An opportunity to introduce children to worship, church, and the Christian Faith. Offered in 30 minutes, this worship service will include simple songs of worship, prayer, and a children’s sermon.

10:30 am Traditional Worship in the Church

A full choir and pipe-organ featuring traditional music from the Hymnal and other sacred works.

10:30 am Contemporary Worship in the Ministry Center

Lead by our Praise Team using acoustic guitars, piano and light percussion

10:30 am Children’s Worship in the Chapel

During both services. Children's Worship is open to all children from kindergarten through 4th grade and is a way for children to enjoy worship on their own level.

During 10:30 service, our special needs nursery is available. We ask that first time users contact Mary Ellen Doran (795-1623) or Amy Knox (795-4449) prior to the first visit to introduce their child's needs.

New: It's All in the Family
Problems and practices within relationships, both the nuclear and extended family. Video clips illustrate significant topics for table discussion, engaging young and old alike. Also periodically throughout the summer How can My Family Learn to Worship Together? What does "Family Worship" look like? How do we apply this at home with our family, or our small group?

New: Daniel What is the world coming to? The book of Daniel has the answer. It unveils God's marvelous plan for the ages with an overview of the Times of Gentiles (Luke 21:24). As society become more secular, Daniel is a shinning example of how to live a spirit filled life in a pagan society. The book reminds us that God has sovereign control over the lives of saints.

Members Class 101 You believe you have a place at Saint James! What are the foundational beliefs that are essential elements of faith? What are the structures that allow us to apply them to our life together? The classes are in three sections, and they are offered on the first three Sundays of each month. You may join at any point in the series. Requirements as preparation for joining the church.
